Who are we?

Koshland Pharm: Custom Compounding Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy that makes high-quality, customized prescription medications. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients by building strong relationships with patients and doctors and by serving as a knowledgeable and dependable health resource.

We are the only compounding pharmacy in San Francisco accredited by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB), demonstrating our commitment to safety and quality.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services, or if you create a customer account for online orders.

Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
